Students of Moi kapsowar girls today the 14th of september took to the ballot to elect their student council for 2023/24 academic year in a style. The exercise was observed by the current marakwet west constituency Returning officer and a group of the iebc team. The CRO louded the efforts made by the Senior principal madam Joan Too in enhancing democracy in schools citing that democracy in leadership results to good transition in class as well. The process begun at midday and ended at half past 3pm thanks to the smooth process guided by the Iebc officials. The chairperson of the commission Madam Too announced the hotly contested posts among them the Environment and sanitation secretary docket which shall play a critical role in the next event on planning and execution of tree planting in the next rainy season.
