B.O.M CHAIR
Moi Kapsowar Girls’ High School is the only girls’ national school in Elgeyo Marakwet County. It draws girls from all corners of the republic. Having taken over as the BOM chair in 2023, we did a lot in motivating the girls and encouraging them to scale even higher and to stretch their potentials. As part of their motivation, we airlifted top performers in every class to Nairobi for an excursion, tour of the ministerial offices, the judiciary and the engineer’s plaza. This was a bid to motivate the rest of the girls to put in more efforts to enjoy such treats. My pledge has been, to always play my part in motivating exemplary students and that is just the beginning. We take pride in the diversity of the kind of girls who have seized their opportunities in professional competence and ability to reconcile excellence with humanity and equity. Moi Kapsowar is a school which has nurtured its students to be morally upright citizens. It has inculcated a high level of discipline and moral values in them. They relate well within the school and by extension, they have achieved a degree of creativity and resilience which they will spill to their societies in particular and the entire country in general. I would like to thank the parents for their continued support in realizing the success of the programs of the school. On the same note, I sincerely thank the teaching staff for the dedication in their work. Finally, to our non-teaching staff, thank you for providing the necessary support for the running of the school.
